Federico's Fine Foods is a shop, located on Koh Samui Island in thailand, where we sell and make italian homemade recipes in order to give food and drinks based on high quality for any kind of event:
party, birthdays, weddings, corporate dinners or just dinner.
Our aim is to stimulate your senses through our food.
Federico’s started in Koh Samui, in 2014 as a fresh Italian homemade producer. In the beginning, we start making different kinds of fresh pasta as ravioli, tortellini, gnocchi, fettuccine, lasagne for restaurants and resorts. One year later we started making also pizza and selling our items in the retail market either ready to eat either frozen.
The idea of making fresh pasta, pizza and other bakeries is the consequence of Federico’s creator passion for that kind of food.
We are focused on the products quality because the taste should be the most involved sense during your meal. We think something with a good taste is better than something nice to be seen, so we prefer investing in choosing top quality ingredients than investing in the image of the food. We can offer the best quality food at a fair value price, because we don’t charge any other cost than everything strictly necessary to make it.
